2025-2026 Academic Year Erasmus+ KA131 Traineeship Mobility Applications Announcement
PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS CAREFULLY BEFORE ASKING ANY QUESTION.
The online application system will be active on the application start and deadline dates and times. It will not be possible to apply before or after these dates and times.
For this reason, do not make your application last minute!
Applications will be taken Erasmus+ Application Portal system.

Application Dates:
Application Start: 10.02.2026
Application Deadline: 11.03.2026
Erasmus English Proficiency Exam Date: 16.03.2026
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- +10 points will be added to students' score if the student upload their acceptance letter from the host institution before 11.03.2026. After the deadline, the students can upload their acceptance letters until May 8th, 2026. Documents uploaded after May 8th, 2026 will be considered invalid.
- Only students who have applied for Erasmus+ this year can take 2026 Erasmus English Proficiency Exam.
- There is no possibility to apply after 11.03.2026.
