IMPORTANT NOTES
- Signatures will be required in the meeting from the participating students.
- Participation is compulsory for students who will participate in the mobility, whether granted or non-granted!
- For Traineeship Mobility, the last day for the Zero-grant petitions and acceptance letters are 08.05.2026, 17.00. Zero-grant petitions and acceptance letters sent after this date will not be accepted!
- Students who will not be able to attend the meeting due to a force majeure reason should send an e-mail to erasmus@uskudar.edu.tr e-mail address and inform their situation.
- Otherwise, -5 points will be applied to the next Erasmus applications of students who do not attend the information meeting without a valid reason.
- Please be there with your notebooks.
