IMPORTANT NOTES Please read carefully!The rankings on the list may change as a result of objections!
As a result of the objections, grades, rankings and the list may change. After the objection deadline, the final list will be announced.
* The applications are evaluated in accordance with the criteria set by the European Commission and the Turkish National Agency, based on the principles of fairness and transparency.
* The ranking is based on faculties and the quotas are based on the Inter-Institutional Agreements
* Students who want to object to the results must send their signed petitions (scanned as PDF) to erasmus@uskudar.edu.tr by 09.04.2026 – 17:00. Petitions sent after this deadline will not be evaluated.
* Substitute students who want to participate in the traineeship mobility without a grant must fill in and sign the “Zero Grant Participation Petition” and send it as a PDF to erasmus@uskudar.edu.tr by 16.04.2026 – 17:00.
* An orientation meeting will be held for selected students to explain the next steps of the mobility process. The date and time will be announced later.
* Students who are entitled to participate in the mobility may withdraw from their rights without any penalty until 23.05.2026 – 17:00. Withdrawal petitions must be submitted via email. Withdrawals after this date will result in a -10 point deduction in future Erasmus applications.
* The date by which all mobility must be completed is 31 July 2027.
* Students who are awarded a grant will be awarded a grant for a total of 4 months.
Rejected applications were excluded from evaluation due to invalid document uploads or invalid foreign language scores.
The quotas originally allocated to the Graduate School of Sciences, the Graduate School of Health Sciences, and the Vocational School of Health Services, for which no applications were received, have been reallocated in line with application demand. Accordingly, based on the highest levels of applicant interest, the additional quotas have been distributed to the two most demanded programs as 2 quotas for Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences and 1 quota for Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
