2025 Erasmus English Proficiency Exam Announcement
PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS CAREFULLY BEFORE ASKING ANY QUESTION!
The Erasmus English Proficiency Exam for the 2024-2025 academic year will be held on 27 January 2025.
The exam will be held by the Coordinatorship of Foreign Languages and will be face-to-face.
The exam places will be announced by the Coordinatorship of Foreign Languages.
Deadline for Exam Registration: 17 January 2025
Exam Date: 27 January 2025
The exam is required for all students who wish to apply for Erasmus Study / Traineeship Mobility programs.
To register for the exam, students must complete the online registration form by 17 January 2024. The registration form can be found here.
In the following days, Call for the Erasmus Study / Traineeship Mobility Announcements will be announced. Please follow our Instagram Account @erasmuskudar, check our website and your (student e-mails) inboxes.
The exam will be in English and will cover the following stages:
• Listening
• Reading
• Writing
• Speaking
The passing score is 60. Students who successfully pass the exam can use their score for two years.

IMPORTANT NOTES!
- Students should take the Erasmus English Proficiency Exam to be administered by Uskudar University Coordinatorship of Foreign Languages or upload a valid English language certificate within last two years issued by TOEFL, PTE and within the last five years issued by YDS, YÖKDİL to the application system when the applications are started.
- Students who took the Erasmus English Proficiency Exam held by the Foreign Languages Coordinatorship Office within the last 2 years can apply Erasmus Mobility with their exam results if they wish.
- Students who have taken the Erasmus English Proficiency Exam in the last 2 years but want to take the exam to increase their exam results must also fill out the Exam Registration form.
- The student's English Proficiency Exam Result with the highest score will be taken into consideration in the Erasmus Application Evaluation.
- Previous Erasmus English exam scores of students who have taken the Erasmus English exam during their undergraduate period, but who are currently in their master's degree or have changed their department to another department will not be accepted.
- The preparatory exam scores that you had before will not be accepted.
