Important Notes
- The selections have been finalized in accordance with the criteria set by the European Commission and the Turkish National Agency, based on the principles of fairness, transparency, and equal treatment.
- Rankings are based on Erasmus scores calculated according to the official evaluation criteria.
- Students who withdraw from their mobility rights after 11.05.2026 will receive a -10 point deduction in their next Erasmus application unless they provide a valid force majeure justification.
- Students who fail to submit a valid Letter of Acceptance by 11.05.2026 will not be eligible to participate in the mobility.

- All mobilities must be completed by 31 July 2027.
- Selected students are eligible to receive Erasmus+ grant support for a maximum period of 2 months (60 days).
- Students who will complete their traineeship as a compulsory internship are required to contact both the Erasmus+ Coordinatorship and their Erasmus Academic Coordinator.
- Students placed on the reserve list will be contacted in case additional grant opportunities become available.
- Students who wish to extend their mobility period must contact the Erasmus+ Coordinatorship before the end of their mobility.
Rejected Applications
Applications marked as rejected have been evaluated as invalid in accordance with the criteria determined by the European Commission and the Turkish National Agency due to invalid or missing documents and/or invalid foreign language scores.
