IMPORTANT NOTES – Please read carefully!
• The applications are evaluated in accordance with the criteria set by the European Commission and the Turkish National Agency, based on the principles of fairness and transparency.
• The rankings are based on the Erasmus Scores.
• You can find your score details in the result list.
• The date by which all mobility must be completed is 31 July 2027.
• In case the students in the substitute status are able to be awarded with a grant, we will contact the student.
SCORING NOTES
• Students marked with “1” in Erasmus scores have been awarded additional points based on criteria such as disability status, being a relative of a martyr/veteran, being under state protection, and the earthquake-related measures implemented by the Turkish National Agency.
• Students marked with “2” in Erasmus scores have received a deduction of -10 points due to prior participation in the Erasmus Programme or applying for more than one mobility type within the same period.
• Students marked with “3” in Erasmus scores have received a deduction of -5 points due to failure to attend the Erasmus English Proficiency Exam they had previously declared participation in.
• Students marked with “4” in Erasmus scores have received a deduction of -10 points due to applying for both mobility types and prioritizing Traineeship Mobility.
• Students marked with “5” in Erasmus scores have received a deduction of -5 points due to non-attendance at previously held information meetings.
Rejected applications have been rejected in accordance with the criteria set by the European Commission and the Turkish National Agency due to the submission of invalid documents or invalid foreign language scores.
