IMPORTANT NOTES – Please read carefully!
• The rankings on the list may change as a result of objections!
As a result of the objections, grades, rankings and the list may change. After the objection deadline, the final list will be announced.
• The applications are evaluated in accordance with the criteria set by the European Commission and the Turkish National Agency, based on the principles of fairness and transparency.
• Students who want to object to the results must send their wet signed petitions (scanned as PDF) to erasmus@uskudar.edu.tr by 09.04.2026 – 17:00. Petitions sent after this deadline will not be evaluated.
• Substitute students who want to participate in the traineeship mobility without a grant must fill in and sign the “Zero Grant Participation Petition” and send it as a PDF to erasmus@uskudar.edu.tr by 08.05.2026 – 17:00.
• An orientation meeting will be held for selected students to explain the next steps of the mobility process. The date and time will be announced later.
• Students who are entitled to participate in the mobility may withdraw from their rights without any penalty until 08.05.2026 – 17:00. Withdrawal petitions must be submitted via email. Withdrawals after this date will result in a -10 point deduction in future Erasmus applications.
• Students who have not uploaded their acceptance letters must upload them to the system by 08.05.2026 – 17:00. Otherwise, their applications will be considered invalid.
Traineeship places specified in the acceptance letters uploaded to the system can not be changed without a force majeure. Students who will change their traineeship places should contact Erasmus+ Coordinatorship by stating their force majeure.
• Students participating in mobility must end their mobility before the start of their Academic Semester.
• The date by which all mobility must be completed is 31 July 2027.
• Students who are awarded with a grant will be granted for a total of 2 months (60 days).
• Students who will do their traineeships as compulsory traineeships should contact the Erasmus+ Coordinatorship.
• In case the students in the substitute status are able to be awarded with a grant, we will contact the student.
• Students who want to extend the mobility period should contact Erasmus+ Coordinatorship.
SCORING NOTES
• Students with “1” in their Erasmus scores were awarded additional points based on criteria such as disability, being a relative of a martyr/veteran, being under state protection, and the earthquake-related measures implemented by the Turkish National Agency.
• Students with “2” in their Erasmus scores received -10 points due to previously benefiting from Erasmus mobility.
• Students with “3” in their Erasmus scores received -5 points for participating in mobility in their country of citizenship.
• Students with “4” in their Erasmus scores received -5 points for declaring participation in the 2025 Erasmus English Proficiency Exam but not attending.
• Students with “5” in their Erasmus scores received -10 points for applying to both mobility types and prioritizing study mobility.
• Students with “6” in their Erasmus scores received -5 points due to not attending the previous year’s information meeting without a valid excuse.
Rejected applications have been rejected in accordance with the criteria set by the European Commission and the Turkish National Agency due to the submission of invalid documents or invalid foreign language scores.
