Prioritization Procedure in Erasmus+ Applications due to the Earthquake

Dear Students,

 

According to the decision by the Turkish National Agency, due to the earthquake that hit the southern part of Turkey on 6 February 2023 and affected 10 provinces and 1 district (Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye Şanlıurfa, Elazığ and Gürün District in Sivas), the applications of the students who or whose first and second-degree relatives* accommodate in the affected provinces will be prioritized by +10 points.

 

In this regard, the students who or whose relatives accommodate in the cities mentioned above are expected to send the following documents to erasmus@uskudar.edu.tr by 31 March 2023, Friday 5:30 p.m.:


1-) family certificate (Alt Soy Üst Soy Belgesi) obtained from e-Devlet,

2-) e-Devlet certificate of residence of the person (the student or his/her first and second-degree relatives) who accommodates in one of the provinces mentioned above

 

*First and second-degree relatives: mother, father, children, mother-in-law, father-in-law, and grandparents, grandchildren, or siblings of applicants’ themselves or their spouses.

 

Important Reminders:

 

The applications will be evaluated according to the selection criteria and Erasmus Score will be calculated based on the students’ English exam results and current transcripts as stated in the announcement.

 

The list of the students who are entitled to participate in the program will be announced on our website, https://erasmus.uskudar.edu.tr/en.

 

We will be sending another email to the students who applied to both study and Ttraineeship Mobilities.
